We provide flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, tours, and travel insurance. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, embassies).
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Prices may change due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier adjustments.
- Payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, POS, online payment).
- Service fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be in writing.
- Refunds depend on airline, hotel, embassy, or service provider policy.
- Our service/processing fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 30 working days to process.
5. Travel Documents
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements. We do not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, strikes, natural disasters, or issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees you paid to us.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (medical, baggage, trip cancellation).

9. Governing Law
